Where possible please attend all appointments alone, however I understand that this is not always possible.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment; there are seats for waiting available in the salon but please be aware that I often run appointments back to back and may not finish early with previous clients.
If you are unwell please let me know as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment; my booking and cancellation policy will apply in all circumstances and a cancellation fee may be required.
If you test positive for Covid-19 after an appointment please inform me as soon as possible so that I can test myself and inform clients if needed.
Booking Policy
Bookings can be made via the online booking system on this website. For any appointments requiring nail art, please ensure that you select ‘Nail Art‘ when making your booking to ensure that extra time is included in your booking.
All available appointments are shown in the booking system; if you have any queries then you can contact us via the contact us page of this website, via email at contact@lesleyshouseofnails.co.uk or through our Social Media accounts. We will endeavour to reply as quickly as possible to all enquries – for urgent enquiries you should contact us via the website or email.
Cancellation Policy

If you require nail art, please ensure that you select Nail Art when booking your appointment. Nail Art is charged at a standard rate of £3 per 15 minutes, for more intricate designs please contact me and include any inspiration photos and I will be able to give a more accurate quotation of the price.
Please note that we do not guarantee that we will be able to replicate another nail technicians work exactly as pictured.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available to purchase from us in the salon. These certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by cash, card or using a gift certificate. We accept card payments from all major card providers (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) at the Salon and online.
If you are paying using a gift certificate and the cost of your service exceeds the value of the certificate you can pay the remaining balance by cash or card.
